STAMPlorations Mixed Media challenge for September

So, it's September already and Autumn time...

I like this time, fabulous colors all over the nature,

not too gold yet, sun is still showing

and most of the flying bugs are gone. 

Great time for outdoor hobbies, :=)

New month brings a new Mixed Media challenge at

The theme is always anything mixed media goes except a card 

and you must use at least one stencil (any brand) in your project.

For my DT piece I created an AJ spread using

Amazing word die, Bold Florals stencil and stamps from

Happy Sunflower, Sunflower, Trendy Leaves -sets

I made a background with Dylusions paints and babywhipe,

then I used stencil to get the blue flowers and light green leaves.

I stamped the sunflowers with a light brown ink and

colored them over with paint. After paint dried I stamped

the sunflowers again - this time with black. Stamped

some leaves and added the die cuts. When I glued the die cuts

I sprinkled some glitter on top 

and added little drops of glitter glue too.
