Lost Coast Portal to Creativity - Anything goes (with stamping)

It's  time for Autumn rains,

and thinking of that made me make this blue card.

I used Carmen's Veranda super cute White Cat 

and great background stamp from Lost Coast Designs the Doodles Circles.

I used DI to stamp the circles and to color the Cat and

the circles. Cat and the sentiment is stamped with the VersaFine.

Lost Coast Portal to Creativity has a brilliant theme this month:

but stamping must be included - no need to be LCD or CV stamp,
