Time truly flies. But the weather is so nice and nice is also
the theme this time at Oddball Art:

I used digipaper, sentiment stamp, die cut frame and
supercute Pugsy Bugsy, colored with copics and Prismacolors.
A added some Wink of Stella to his wings but camera didn't get it at all...
