STAMPlorations 3rd Birthday party

STAMPlorations is having it's 3rd B-day and

I made a very CAS card for the party using

Balloons and Banners, die cut and few Copics.

I also added some Wink of Stella glitter on balloons,

but unfortunately my camera did not pick the lovely shimmer.
