I don't think this is a actual "Halloween Stamp"
but with the big treat? sentiment, I thought I'll
use it as Halloween stamp, LOL
I made the background with Distress Ink (orange and brown)
Colored the dog with Copics and then stamped the "or"
and "treat?" words.
