STAMPlorations - Stencil Sunday

Final Sunday of the month and

it's my turn to create for the Stencil Sunday.

I created a sparkling tag, using 

ARTplorations: Flourishes stencil, not an obvious choice for a snowy tag, but it

reminds me about the light "powder" snow in a windy weather.

some Distress Inks and LOTS of sparkling clear embossing powder.
