New week and a new monthly challenge at Oddball Art.
This month we have a theme that is close to my heart:
BLUE
Blue has been my fav color since I was a kid,
so I would loooove to see you blue makes.
This happy snowman is Silly Chilly Stan
and I colored him with Copics and PrismaColors.
Background was made by melting some wax and then
I just added some die cuts to make this card.
