Mother's day card 2024

So, my mom likes these vintage/ retro lady images

(they look a lot like her in youth days) and I have

made several cards for mother's day using images

dark hair ladies, :).

She also love poppies, so I thought this image will be perfect

for her. Background "paper" and extra leafes are laminated

napkins, so the texture is kind of soft.

I have quite a lot these napkins that I have laminated and

decided to use some, this time I liked the one with the birds,

and then also the one with "jungle" leafs.

 Frida is from Gecko Galz and the sentiment is from some

Etsy shop (can't remember what shop, so sorry)

we had snow on Wednesday this week.

I made a digital collage using the image.

I printed the image twice: to paper and to vellum.

It's good to have some "anything goes" card

in your stast, you know, in case of quick need, LOL.

To make the image, I've used this freebie

paper and this flower image from Beccy's.

I've used the flower image 3 times (that's the fun in digi's;

you can layer and resize them as you like) and then 

printed it  twice to get some 3D going on.

The weather forecast says it's snowing about

10cm tomorrow, BUT I do believe that saying

"New snow kills the old snow". So the Spring

I was looking for images to take part to Gecko Galz

April Challenge:

And found a sheet that had that exact same name:

Ethereal Spring by Gecko Galz.

So the looking was over. LOL

I die cut the tag with AALL & Create dies,

but then realized the paper was too bright.

So I inked and stamped the papers and but

some clear embossing powder all over the image.

Then a skeleton leaf and some rub ons and 

wording from 49 and Market die-cuts bag.

So, today I made another one.

I found this little floral page, and thought

It's snowing; can't believe it, why doesn't

spring come this year??

But the all white nature is a perfet view 

with making a Christmas card.

 I used image from Gecko Galz,

reindeer die cuts, which I coated with 

Wink of Stella glitter, also added a red

nose to one of them, he's the Rudolf, LOL.
