Yet another great hop day at 

31 days of Halloween

and I'm taking part as a Lost Coast teammate by this card.

I used Distress inks to make the background and stamps from

More Cats and License Plate Alphabet -Sets

and to make the smily cat to pop a little bit more,

I added some color on him with a Copic. And a touch of white

gel pen on the eyes.
