From the Heart - March image

This month From the Heart tribled the fun, since freebie of the month included three sweet images and great sentiments to go with them: Easter Trio. In my card, I put 2 out of three, :=D

I colored images with ColorSofts and dig some old papers to go with, sentiment means something like "spring greetings"

Easter bunny from Oddball

I got some fabulous news about a week ago. I got to be part of most amazing DT team: Oddball, they have two teams and I'll be DT on blog challenge, woooohoo, been smiling since I get to now this, :=D. Since I am in need for some Easter card, I decided to make one, I love cute bunnies (we have one, called Randy) and so I adore this Oddball's Bunny image No. 97. I combined that cutie with cloud image and added sentiment from FTH in the middle of the cloud.

I coloured with ColorSofts. First I tought I'll make a very CAS card, just the image and edge, but then I got my new KaiserGraft papers and had to use one.. Lovely bright pad.

Sassy Studio Designs - Spring Release hop

Lindsay had made a gorgeous set of images (five - yeas, five :=D ) at Sassy Studio Designs, and the DT's have been thrilled to make a hop out of these images...

The image I'm using is a zodiac sign Aquarius, but I made her to bee a sparkling mermaid.

I colored her with Copics and then used sparkling embossing powder all over. Also the dark blue paper is very sparkling, The net in the back is embossed, stamp I used is from Visible image.

If you are doing the hop you should have arrived from lovely Sara's blog and the next hop is very tallented Kim. And if you got lost, you can always start over at Sassy Studio Designs -blog.

Sain lainaan Prismacolorit - halusin verrata niitä omiin ColorSofteihini ja kyllähän ne Prismat paremmat ovat; pehmeämmät, huonompana ominaisuutena pidän sitä, että tarkkaa kohtaa on vaikea tehdä, koska kynät tylsyvät todella nopeasti - juurikin siitä syystä että ovat pehmeämmät. Printtailin kraftille, kun jostain syystä nyt olen tykästynyt värilliselle värittelemään...

STAMPlorations; Sketch Challenge #30

We have a great sketch for you to play with us at STAMPlorations, hope you'll be inspired by it, :-D

If you click the sketch you'll find the challenge. This is how I saw this sketch:

I like the combination of white and kraft. I heat embossed using white powder, sunflower from a stampset SKETCHED: Sunflower, stamped and embossed same flower 3 times using mask, then fussycuted it and added some diecuts. Those "leaves" are really feathers, but hey, I tought that they look quite nice as a leaves too...

When I saw this beautiful freebie in Ike's World Challenge I just could feel my "mojo" moved, HAD to print her and start colouring. Thank you Ike!

Here's what I made using STAMPlorations ARTplorations stencil Bold Florals:

I used clear embossing paste and Wow glitter to create this fabulously sparkling graduation card. Card base has some pearly clown on it so I added few pearls too. Very easy and fun to do, :).

STAMPlorations - March Challenge; Stamps & Stencil

Brand new month has started and that also means brand new monthly challenge at STAMPlorations This months theme is Stamps & Stencil, so let your creativity bloom and show us what you can make, :D. You have plenty of time, since the challenge is up till 29.3.2015.

I have used beautiful Bold Florals - ARTplorations Stencil and stamped through the stencil "holes" with my Versa Magic -inks and stamps from VIGNETTE: Eclectic Florals -set. Then I used little DI inks to create more color and sprayed DI markers with my spritser in the middle of the flowers. Sentiment is heat embossed and the stamp is one of the BOLD SENTIMENTS: Hello -set.

You should go and check what other DT's has created, wonderfully tallented ladies, and STAMPlorations also have awesome GDTs Milla and Lou Sims.

Four Green cards

Lately I've "found" my ColorSoft again, problem with these pens is, that I don't have a proper paper for them, I have few colored sheeds, but those are so expencive, that everytime I decide to use one, I have to make a most of that A4 space. So I print four images, and this time I had green paper...

With first card I'd like to join Aurora Wings challege, theme is "lucky color" and since I'm a Capricorn, green is supposed to be my lucky color.

With second card I'd like to join Sparkle and Glitter where the theme is Spring / Easter.

The third card I'd like to put into DP2 challenge, anything goes, with a animal twist. And a twist green is in Artistic Inspirations.

And with the last one I'd like to enter The Eastwind challenge, where the theme is "Doodle" and this cute image is this months freebie, brilliant, :). And with a luck theme I also partisipate Open-Minded Challenge. Hope this would also go with a "Welsh" theme at Through the purple Haze.

Sentiment is from the TLC and all the papers are Graphic 45. Lots of green in a one post, eh??

STAMPlorations - Sketch Challenge #29

Can you believe it, it's already March and days are getting longer and it seems that spring will come eventually, :D. AND it's also time for a new awesome sketch challenge atSTAMPlorations. Hope you'll feel inspired (I was) by it and join us.

I must be dreaming summerdreams already, since this is what I made:

I found that blue/cold piece of paper and I so liked it and went with the gold theme and embossed sunflower andbutterflies and sentiment  - all from STAMPlorations, :D. I colored using my DI markers and then just added few golden pearls. Go on and take a look what other DT's have done - awesome ladies, and we have tree QDT's also: Asha, Sandie andMilla.
